Managing Director
A.Khan is the Managing Director of MAG Solutions and a Partner at Marafie Consultancy UK, with more than 15 years of experience in audit, finance and risk advisory across Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and the wider GCC. He trained with Deloitte & Touche and served as an Audit Manager at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh before becoming a working partner. His expertise spans external and internal audit, IFRS reporting, tax and VAT advisory, corporate governance, due diligence and internal control systems.
Muhammad Sohail Akhtar
Executive Director
Sohail leads the entire MAG Solutions team from the front, driving business development, client partnerships and service delivery across the Kingdom. He brings 15+ years of experience in operations, business development and stakeholder management across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Pakistan, from running HR, payroll and ZATCA-compliant bookkeeping on a major Saudi power project to leading teams of 50+ consultants. In Dubai, he conceived Motorcycle Tourism as a new licensed activity and secured its RTA approval.
Muhammad Faizan
Audit & Compliance Manager
Faizan is a finance and accounting professional who leads MAG Solutions' client work in the Kingdom. He brings 10 years of experience in external and internal audit, cost and management accounting, ERP implementation, and VAT, Zakat and Local Content compliance in Saudi Arabia. His expertise covers financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, internal controls and risk management, helping clients improve efficiency, ensure financial accuracy and make informed decisions.
Usama Ahmad
Operations & Strategy
Usama is a business strategist and operations specialist focused on operational design, workforce planning and data-driven management. He has led multi-site scheduling and HR logistics for more than 70 personnel in the UK security sector, and directs commercial operations, partner relations and capital management as Managing Partner at S&K Motors.
